When shopping on the website you automatically accept our terms below.

GENERAL

We ship free worldwide.

All packages are traceable and insured when in transit. Should there be any damage to the goods, notify us by mail

contact@reka-studio.com within 2 days of receipt and return the item to us.

The webshop is only available to individuals who are at least 18 years old.

PRICES

All prices are in currency EUR and included 25% Faroese VAT. Customers residing outside the Faroe Islands do not pay Faroese VAT. 25% VAT will be withdrawn when checking out. Please note VAT, local taxes and custom duties in your own country.

Payment will be debited from your account when the goods are dispatched.

DELIVERY

Delivery depends on availability and where you are located. Hand knitted items can take up to 3 weeks to produce and are made by order.

Feel free to contact us before ordering for any delivery request.

Please note VAT, local taxes and custom duties in your own country.

RETURNS

You can cancel your order by submitting an email to: contact@reka-studio.com

We provide 2 weeks full return from the day you receive the goods. Items must be unused and in their original condition with tags. The cost and the responsibility of returning the item, is yours. We recommend you insure the package and send us the tracking number.

Once we received the goods we will transfer the amount to the credit card that the goods were purchased with.

We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.

What we collect and store

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

  • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
  • Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you.

Payments

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
